100 things to do before i die

This week, four of my classes are taking a district writing assignment, so my duties have been paired down to saying "you may begin," and "pencils down." While I have scads of other things I could and should be doing (ahem, grading papers), yesterday I decided to write my 100 things to do before I die list. For your reading pleasure, the list:
  1. Learn to take really good photographs
  2. Love my body
  3. fall in love -- for real
  4. Know what it's like to be loved
  5. Travel aimlessly through the UK
  6. Open a cupcake bakery
  7. Open a used bookstore
  8. Read all of Shakespeare's work
  9. Visit Washington D.C. during the Cherry Blossom Festival
  10. Visit where my ancestors are from

this is such a fun list. maybe i'll make one on the plane ride. how bout i win the lottery and we can take care of some of the traveling things together :O) we can have americorps UK style :O)

Okay-not to rain on your parade to your death...you do know Lake Eire is something like 60 miles across, right? Better news is that there is a rain forest in the pacific northwest not far from Seattle so you can get a 2fer with that one! More importantly-you are so good at so many things and an expert baby-whisperer in my book- so I think you can check a few of those off your list!
